Covid 19 Vaccine. We will be giving these vaccines to our patients in line with HSE advice, starting with patients aged 85 years and over during the week beginning Feb22nd 2021. Over the next few days we will be phoning every patient aged 85 and over to offer an appointment for the vaccine. If you are 85 years or over please wait for reception staff to phone you. The HSE have not informed us yet which vaccine we will be administering.  We will be giving the vaccine to patients in the younger aged groups as follows: aged 80-84, the week of March 8th, aged 75-79 the week of March 22nd and 70-74 the week of April 5th. These are provisional dates only and are not confirmed. We are not making appointments for these age groups yet so please do not phone the surgery. We will keep this website updated regularly with information about appointments. We have NO information about vaccines for patients under 70 years or for any patients with chronic medical conditions. From 5th August 2015 everyone aged 70 or over, ordinarily resident in Ireland, will be eligible for free GP care regardless of income.
All people aged 70 or over who do not have a Medical Card or GP Visit card can register to access this service.

How do I register for this scheme?

Medical Card or GP Visit Card Holders do not have to register for this scheme.
Non-Medical Card or GP Visit Card holders can register if aged 70 or over provided they are ordinarily resident in Ireland.
